Cast Bios

TAYLOR HANKS (Ersilia Drei)

Taylor Hanks is a junior BFA Actor at Pace University. An Alabama native before moving to NYC, she has just premiered David Raboy’s film ‘The Giant’ at TIFF this year. She was last seen on an NYC stage in Fucknut (Happy New Year) by Ryan Sans at the Rogue Theatre Festival held at 13th Street Repertory Theater. Special thanks to my class of 2021 for pushing me to the all of the woman I am in every room I walk into. And an equally special thanks to my cast and crew for being infinitely collaborative and available throughout this process and for making it so easy to tell the truth of this beautiful work. And, finally, thank you all for coming out and supporting. Hope you enjoy. 

 

NICK JEFFS (Ludovico Nota)

Nick is a BFA Acting student from Oahu, Hawaii. His most recent shows include Winter's Tale, Two Gentlemen of Verona, and Machinal. Nick would like to thank the cast and crew of To Clothe the Naked for putting such incredible passion and professionalism into the show. Mahalo!

KATEY MILLER (Mrs. Onoria)

Katey Miller is a BFA Acting senior at Pace University, and she is very excited to be working on her first mainstage production! Katey wants to give thanks to her family, her incredibly hardworking cast and crew mates, her director and all of the faculty here at Pace. Enjoy the show!

ZACKARY MOORE (Franco Laspiga)

Zackary Moore is a BFA junior who is excited to be apart of this amazing production of “To Clothe the Naked”. His most recent Pace main stage credit includes “Peter and the starcatcher”(Peter). He would like to thank his family and friends for all the continuous support and he would also like to thank the rest of the cast, the creative team and everyone who helped this show get on its feet! Thank you all and to all a goodnight.

GABRIELLE PISAPIA (Emma)

Gabrielle Pisapia is a junior BFA Acting major with a minor in non-profit studies. She is so excited to be making her MainStage debut this semester. She would like to thank her friends and family for always supporting her dreams, especially her family in the BFA Acting class of 2021.

ROBERT HAMLIN (Grotti)

Robert Hamlin is a Senior BA actor from Baltimore, MD who is thrilled to be a part of To Clothe the Naked. You might have seen him in Safer then Home or Animal Farm. Thanks to the incredible rest of the cast, creative team, and all those who helped put together this wonderful production. Enjoy !

Creative Team Bios

RUIS WOERTENDYKE (Director)

Ruis Woertendyke has been involved in the theater for nearly 50 years as a director, playwright, and actor. He has directed more than 100 shows including an early production in New York of Peter Handke's Offending The Audience, the premier of Gunter Grass's The Plebians Rehearse The Uprising, and Mister, Mister also by Gunter Grass. He has directed Chekhov, Ibsen, Shakespeare, Euripides, as well as many original plays. As an actor he played Arturo Ui in The Resistable Rise of Arturo Ui at the Hartman Theatre, Aaron Burr in Alma, the Ghost of Spring Street at LaMama, and Chekhov's On The Harmfulness of Tobacco in various venues throughout the tri-state area. Several of his children's voiceovers were just re-released by Scholastic Audio and his one-act plays have been seen in festivals throughout the country. He has also served as a Theatre Critic for The Villager and The Phoenix in New York City, served on various Arts Councils and been honored for his contributions to the arts by Westchester County, the city of Baltimore and Colorado State University. He authored the highly successful acting program at Pace University.

DAVID NEWMAN (Assistant Director)

David Newman is a freshman BA director from Long Island who is ecstatic to be a part of his first Pace mainstage! Previous directing credits include Bare and A Dream Role Cabaret. Thank you Doc, Aubrie, Lady, Cosmin, Adrienne, the production team, and cast for making this the most incredible, exquisite experience.

AUBRIE FERRIS(Assistant Director)

Aubrie Ferris is a freshman BA director from Redwood City, California who is delighted to be making her debut at Pace. Recent directing credits include Neil Simon’s The Good Doctor and The Reduced Shakespeare Company’s The Complete Works of William Shakespeare [Abridged]. Thanks to the production team and cast for this amazing opportunity. Please enjoy the show!

ANGELICA DEVICO (Costume Designer)

Angelica Devico  is a senior BFA Production ad design student who is thrilled to be designing the Costumes of To Clothe the Naked! Previous Pace design credits include The Drowsy Chaperone and Dancespace 2018/2019. This Summer is was apart of New York stage and films summer program in the costume department.  Thanks to the cast,  incredible creative team, and all those who helped put together this wonderful production. Enjoy the show!

EMMA NASH (Lighting Designer)

Emma Nash is a junior BFA Production Design student from Portland, OR. She is so excited to be a part of To Clothe the Naked team!  Previous Pace credits include assistant designer of Memphis, Saturday in the Park with George, and The Drowsy Chaperone. Thanks to the incredible rest of the creative team, cast, and all those who helped put together this wonderful production.

JIMMY O'CONNOR (Sound Designer)

Jimmy O'Connor is a sophomore in the BFA Production and Design for Stage and Screen major.  To Clothe the Naked is his first design credit at Pace University, and his other credits include Les Miserables as an A2 and Memphis as an A1.  Jimmy is incredibly thankful to the production and design team for being so supportive of his first show as a designer, and all the mentors that helped to get him here.

SASHA LYSENKO (AME/Programmer)

Sasha Lysenko is a Sophomore Lighting designer from New Jersey who is super excited to be a part of To Clothe the Naked! Previous Pace credits include Sunday in the Park with George and Machinal. Special thanks to everyone who helped make this show a reality!

LADY DEL CASTILLO (Production Stage Manager)

Lady del Castillo (PSM) is a Stage Management senior from Miami, FL. who is elated to be working on To Clothe the Naked. PPA credits: Xanadu, Nikola Tesla Drops a Beat, A Little Night Music, Lysistrata, Les Mis, Memphis, and a handful of smaller scaled shows. Outside of school, Lady has interned for NAMT and for 54 Below, along with working on a couple of workshops and reading. Most recently, Lady has worked on Reunion ‘69 (SM) and off-Broadway’s Broadway Bounty Hunter (PA). A tremendous thank you for her magical Stage Management team who help keep this show going every night and has kept her alive throughout this process. As always, special thanks to Tracey B., Chris Z., and mami y papi. 

 

MAKENNA REMENARIC (Assistant Stage Manager)

Makenna Remenaric (1st Assistant Stage Manager) is a Senior B.A. Stage Management major. She feels very blessed to have worked with this spectacular group of people, especially her fellow stage managers (you guys are rockstars!). Favorite credits include: Rock of Ages (Off-Broadway), Scarlet Pimpernel (Lincoln Center), How I Learned to Drive (Pace University) and Les Miserables (Pace University). Special thanks to her Ohio family (the Manack's and Remenaric's), her Delaware family (John, Lenny, and the girls), and her NYC Family (The Bravo-Valencia's). All my love to Z!

 

ABIGAIL ZACCARI (Assistant Stage Manager)

Abigail Zaccari is a Junior BA Stage Management major from Effingham, Illinois who is ecstatic to be making her Pace Performing Arts debut as a part of To Clothe the Naked. Past Credits include Legally Blonde, The Lion King, Jr, Million Dollar Quartet, and Mamma Mia! at The Little Theatre On The Square in Sullivan, Illinois. Abigail would like to thank this SM team for welcoming her with open arms and being so wonderful to work with. She would also like to thank her family and friends for their endless support.

 

TURNER BARGER (Production Assistant)

Turner Barger (Production Assistant) is a freshman stage management major from Virginia.  He is ecstatic to be working on To Clothe the Naked, his first production at Pace! He has worked with numerous theater companies from his hometown.  Over the summer he worked on two production, Grease and Shrek.  Thanks to the cast and the rest of the production team who made this show possible.  Enjoy the show!

 

WESLEY SCHROEDER (Production Assistant)

Wesley Schroeder is a freshman Stage Management major from Michigan. This is his first Pace University production and he’s incredibly excited and grateful to be working with this team!

DEVIN McMAHON (Company Manager)

Devin is a senior stage management major from Acton, Massachusetts who is thrilled to be a part of To Clothe the Naked! Most recently Devin had the opportunity to spend a second summer as a stage management intern at the Williamstown Theatre Festival working on Orlando (PSM) and Before the Meeting (ASM). Some previous Pace credits include Dark of the Moon (PSM), Sunday in the Park with George (SM), The Drowsy Chaperone (ASM), and dancesPace ‘17 (PSM). He would like to thank the creative team, cast, Chris, Laurie, and the stage management team for all their energy and hard work. Enjoy the show!
